  budget objectives
• Confirming project scope between team members
• Authorizing final development plans and specifications
• Committing to proceed by letter of intent and design fee

• Approving the construction documents for scope of work, aesthetic objectives and final product selections
• Approving final costs
• Executing contract documents with deposit
